Orders received before 11am will be delivered the next working day between 9am-6pm (orders received after 11am on Friday, or received on Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered on Tuesday). All items in stock will be sent via FedEx next day delivery.

​Customer satisfaction is important to us so if you change your mind about your order, please email us at hello@wickedvision.co.uk within 28 days of purchase. A refund will be provided assuming the following conditions are met:

• All packaging must be in perfect condition and the unit must be re-saleable.

• You have a valid proof of purchase

• Return costs are covered by the customer (please note we cannot refund the cost of the original postage)

Faulty Items

If your Suneez develop a fault, please let us know by emailing hello@wickedvision.co.uk as soon as possible and include a photo of the problem. We will happily offer a full refund or replacement.
