Shipping Methods

Standard Delivery

Orders received before 3pm will be delivered within 2-5 working days. All items in stock will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery and will not have tracking information.

Expedited Delivery

£4.99

Orders received before 3pm will be delivered within 1-3 working days. All items in stock will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery and will not have tracking information.

Next Day Delivery

£5.99

Orders received before 12pm will be delivered the next working day between 9am-6pm (orders received after 12pm on Friday, or received on Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered on Tuesday). All items in stock will be sent via UPS next day delivery. A signature will be required.

Orders received before 3pm will be delivered within 3-5 working days. All items in stock will be sent via Royal Mail International delivery.

Worldwide (Zone 1)*

Orders received before 3pm will be delivered within 3-5 working days. All items in stock will be sent via Royal Mail International delivery.

Worldwide (Zone 2)*

Orders received before 3pm will be delivered within 5-7 working days. All items in stock will be sent via Royal Mail International delivery.

Returns

Unwanted Items

We are happy to accept any unwanted items back within 28 days if you change your mind, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • All packaging must be in perfect condition and the unit must be re-saleable.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase

  • Return costs are covered by the customer (please note we cannot refund the cost of the original postage)

Faulty Items

If your Suneez develop a fault, please let us know as soon as possible and include a photo of the problem. We are happy to refund you or provide a replacement.
