We're so confident of the quality of our Suneez that we offer a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee! All you need to do is purchase a pair of Suneez and register below within 7 days of purchase. Fill in the required details, upload a photo of your receipt and you're done!

Terms and conditions:

At Suneez, we offer a ‘Lose ‘em, break ‘em, we’ll replace ‘em’ Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. Below are the Terms and Conditions of this guarantee. This guarantee can only be processed through www.suneez.com and not the retailer.

1. To qualify for the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, registration must be made within 7 days from date of purchase at www.suneez.com.

2. You will need to provide a valid proof of purchase, i.e. your receipt. The receipt must be clear and legible showing the product listed, date of purchase and the store the product was purchased from. A photo of the receipt will be uploaded to the Suneez website during registration.

3. *This Lifetime Replacement Guarantee applies to the lifetime of the product. This guarantee applies for 2 years from date of purchase.

4. Lost Suneez claims: Only 1 claim may be made per proof of purchase. Your replacement pair is not covered for further loss.

5. Breakage claims: You can claim an unlimited number of times per purchase and replacements will continue to be covered for both loss (1 occasion) and breakage.  Proof of breakage must be provided in the form of a photo which will be requested when the claim is processed. Breakages must have occurred during reasonable use. We reserve the right to reject breakage claims where Suneez have been subjected to extreme conditions.

6. Upon success of your claim, you will receive 1 x pair of Suneez sunglasses only. You will not receive a replacement box, strap or pouch.

7. We will endeavour to replace your Suneez with an identical style/colour. However if these are no longer available, we reserve the right to send a different style/colour of the same size.

8. You only pay the postage & packing cost of the replacement pair of Suneez. The cost and delivery timeline will vary per country and will be confirmed when you claim.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event that your Suneez are faulty at point of purchase, please return to the retailer for a refund or exchange. You will need proof of purchase.
