What payment methods do you accept?
We currently payment through either Paypal (you don't need a paypal account to pay via card in Paypal) or via our payment partner Stripe, who accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
How can I track my order?
Orders placed using expedited or standard delivery are sent via Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class delivery and will not have any tracking information.
How can I find my order number?
Your order number will be on the email confirmation that you receive.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?

What happens if my order is incorrect?
If you receive the wrong item please give us a call Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm GMT on +44 (0)203 195 1565 within 14 days and we'll arrange for the correct item to be sent out.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your Suneez arrive damaged, please give us a call Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm GMT on +44 (0)203 195 1565 within 7 days of receipt and we'll investigate.
