How can we get wholesale prices?We are happy to discuss pricing, simply drop us an email at hello@suneez.co.uk.

How can we place an order?You will first need to register as a customer with us, at which point you'll be given further details. You can email us at hello@suneez.co.uk to set up as a customer.

Can we backorder items that are not in stock?Sorry, we do not accept backorders.

Can we order stock to be delivered at a future date?Yes this is fine.

Do you have product images available?Please use this link to download all Suneez images. This is a 65mb zip file.

What payment methods do you accept?We currently payment through either Paypal (you don't need a paypal account to pay via card in Paypal) or via our payment partner Stripe, who accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

How can I track my order?Orders placed using expedited or standard delivery are sent via Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class delivery and will not have any tracking information. If you order using the Next Day option, you should receive an email with tracking details. Please email us if you do not receive a tracking number..

How can I find my order number?Your order number will be on the email confirmation that you receive.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to cancel or amend it. Just give us a call on +44 (0)203 195 1565 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm GTM and we'll see what we can do.

What are your shipping options?Standard Delivery £3.49 Orders received before 3pm will be delivered within 2-5 working days* All items in stock will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. Expedited Delivery £4.49 Orders received before 3pm will be delivered within 1-3 working days* All items in stock will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery Next Day Delivery £5.49 Orders received before 12pm will be delivered the next working day between 9am-6pm. All items in stock will be sent via UPS next day delivery. A signature will be required.

What happens if my order is incorrect?If you receive the wrong item please give us a call Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm GMT on +44 (0)203 195 1565 within 14 days and we'll arrange for the correct item to be sent out.

What if my order arrives damaged?In the unfortunate event that your Suneez arrive damaged, please give us a call Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm GMT on +44 (0)203 195 1565 within 7 days of receipt and we'll investigate.

How do I return an item?In the event you need to return something to us, in the first instance please contact us so we can try and solve the problem. If you still need to return something to us, please send your items to: Returns Department Suneez 1 Gresham Way London SW19 8DW Please include a short note explaining the reason for your return and proof of purchase (if this hasn't already been emailed to us).

What is the status of my return?Once we receive your return we will contact you to confirm. If a refund or replacement is due, we will process this within 48 hours.
